Custom Metal dome arrays are pre-loaded polyester dome carriers backed with pressure-sensitive adhesive. In this type, It’s the double layers stucture, there is spacer attached under the Mylar that carries metal domes contacts.
For the custom metal dome arrays, you can peel off it together and then stick it on your PCB, FPC, and membrane switches. The way to assembly is very easy and quick.
By placing all of domes simultaneously, production time and cost will be great reduced. Your quality also benefits from use of our metal dome arrays which avoid “double domes” and dome place errors.
